1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BoltSchema ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including those on free and paid plans.

2. Description of Service

BoltSchema provides a platform to create, host, and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. The Service transforms database schemas and REST API endpoints into MCP-compatible interfaces accessible by AI assistants and other clients.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account or MCP server tokens with unauthorized parties.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BoltSchema to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Host or transmit malicious code, malware, or unauthorized data.
  • Attempt to access other users' servers or data without authorization.
  • Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service infrastructure.
  • Use the Service to build a competing product.

5. Service Tiers & Limits

Free tier accounts are limited to 1 permanent MCP server profile. Paid plans offer additional capacity and features. We reserve the right to modify plan limits with 30 days notice to affected users.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of the data you provide to create MCP servers (database schemas, API configurations, credentials). BoltSchema does not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We store and process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Availability & SLA

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including third-party infrastructure failures.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoltSchema shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your MCP server configurations will be deactivated immediately and deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
